A week on a houseboat in Bear Trap Bay, located in Prince William Sound Alaska!
We flew from Anchorage on an Otter, landing in the bay and taxing
right up to the houseboat. The view from the air was spectacular! The Pink salmon were running like mad - in the
mouths of some of the creeks the schools where so big they almost knocked you over when you spooked them while wading.
The Silver Salmon were swimming underneath the schools of Pinks in many cases - it was nearly impossible to get a fly down
to the Silvers! Nearly every hooked a Pink salmon.............
